Cupcake or Socks!

My random stamped paper thet I cut in strips and ran through a paper crimper.

Roll the fuzzy sock up and fluff to look like a cupcake.

Rolled up and fluffed!  Now add a rubber band to hold it in place.

With rubber band!

Add the paper that you random stamped and cut into 3 by 12 strips!  Use a heavy adhesive so it doesn't come apart!

I added ribbon!

Then I packaged the "cupcake in a clear bag with a ribbon and tag!

Thanks to Rebecca Brown who posted these on the CTMH art board!  Her blog is  http://scrappinbeckyb.blogspot.com if you want to see hers!  I did 7 of these last night in about an hour!  Fast and easy and pretty inexpensive, by the way the socks I used came from Bath and Body Works for $3 and I had a coupon for $10 off a $30 purchase!  10 gift for $20 plus a little ribbon and 3 sheets of cardstock!

I have been working on things for a vendor fair and this is the last project I completed.  It was pretty easy and fun to do.

I just used Reflections layouts and reduced the size to 9x9 and part of the Sweet Home paper pack and the matching Stickease!  It would make a great Christmas gift!

Load #31 - Flip Flaps!

I love Flip Flaps!
Flip Flap Closed

Flip Flap Open!

Using just one 8 inch by 12 inch flip flap I was able to add 5 extra pictures to my layout and put all of the horse pictures together!  It was fun to do the mental gymnastics to figure out the layout and execute it!  I actually thought it would be harder, but it was really easy!

I made the main page and then replicated the left 8 inches of the layout on each side of the flip flap!

We stayed home one day and the boys had a great time and entertained themselves extremely well!  In this layout, they got out our special dress up box and dressed as a tiger and a princess and then were dancing!  It was hilarious and totally adorable!  It was lots of fun to scrap this!

Load #19

I found this sketch on Paper Craft Planet. I had all these pictures and wanted to fit them all on one layout and this sketch worked great! It also shows that you can use very little patterned paper with cardstock and have a wonderful layout! My kids can be so crazy! They were having a blast and it was cracking me up so much that I had to grab the camera!

Load #17

I needed an easy page after Load 12 and 13 so I happened to find some paper that had these circles on them and I literally just cut circles out of the picture and plopped them on!  I loved journalling about this one because my kids can be so silly!  They were playing dress up and didn't want to change for lunch, I finally gave in and we had some interesting critters at lunch that day!

Magic is becoming a theme!  This layout is called One-Way Mirror!

Joshua was potty training during this time and put his own pants back on!  Do you see the problem?

Daddy and the boys on the sofa having a tickle fest was too cute not to photograph, even though the pictures aren't the greatest I had to scrap them to keep that memory!

Load #12 Roller skating in the house?

Another Magic layout!  Have I mention I love this how to book and I am not even doing the "magic" part!

We had my old roller stakes at the house to use for Fiesta floats and didn't use them, well at least not for floats.  Sara decide to skate/walk around the house in them!  It was fun watching her and remembering how I used to wear those same skates to roller skate in the barn at my grandmother's house in New York.  I was always afraid to skate behind the cows for fear of falling in the yucky stuff!
