My sweet Lora had a tough time with her baby teeth. They just didn't want to come out! She didn't like to smile during this time and we worked hard to get the final smile!
I used the retired Sophia papers, buttons and Just Blooms. The Sparkles and the Sparkle flourishes are still available on my website!

Layout Challenge #52 -
I absolutely love how this page turned out! I had a challenge to use 3 die cuts and a second challenge to use a color combo! The BoomDiAda paper was perfect for the color combo and I used the colors to cut flowers to represent Fiesta. the leaves I just cut a leaf shape with the paper folded in half and ran it through the crimper! Unfold and viola you have a great leaf with texture! The flowers were cut on the CTMH Cricut cartridge Art Philosophy in varying sizes.
The layout was from Pinterest. The BoomDiAda paper is available still on Studio J but is retired on paper form!

Studio J Saturday
I love the picture of my daughter with the big Snake so I decided to feature it on this layout! There were tons of pictures from the reptile house. I didn't want 5 pages of pictures from this one part of the Fall Festival we went to so I used a Studio J layout with 14 pictures on it! The layout really had 16 pictures but I left part with just paper and no pictures in the bottom right!
The Grace paper is great for Fall photos! I added cross stitches on the border and everything else was pretty much the way the layout was designed!

Layout Challenge #51
Meatballs, my kids love them and black olives too! We were having both for dinner and we made meatball eyeballs by adding a slice of olive to each meatball! My kids thought this was so much fun and my Silly Sara was demonstrating the eyeball part for us! I just had to take pictures and scrapbook this!
I used a layout from Pinterest and the Mayberry paper which is retired. I added Olive and Sky paper and really retired square brads from my stash! It was fun to create something a little different and out of my norm by using this sketch! The flower circle and brackets were leftover stickease from the Level 1 paper pack!
I made this layout during a virtual crop, I ended up doing about 15 single page layouts in one day because of the challenges!
I have been thinking about doing a virtual crop myself with a prize or prizes for doing challenges and answering questions! Anyone interested?
The one I attended you had several questions leading up to the crop and then question during the crop that earned you a ticket. These were the questions and challenges:
#1 Favorite CM tool/palette
#2 1 Wish
#3 Christmas wish/ CM product
#7 What are you thankful for
#4 Are you ready?
#28 When were you married?
#29 How many kids? Pets?

Studio J Saturday
Waiting for the Moms to buy tickets for the Tower of Americas was highly entertaining! Or maybe Hatly entertaining! The kids had a blast trying on hats and looking at the seriously overpriced touristy toys!
I used the beautiful Emporium paper which is retired but still available in Studio J! The Title is done with Stickease and was fun to do because I used 4 different title boxes to enable the tops turvy title! The twilight border is also Stickease!
I really enjoy doing Studio J and getting that feeling of accomplishment without the mess and much less time! In fact I did 9 two page layouts last weekend and then printed it twice, one for each set of twins books! 18 pages done in no time!
Try it here!

Layout Challenge #50
At my girls' birthday party we played a game where the kids passed a present that had been wrapped multiple times and unwrapped a layer when the music stopped! They had such a great time doing that! We did a little twist and had a prize for all the kids in the box!
The paper used is the retired Blue Ribbon and the title is made from the Stickease from the same paper pack!
I used the Magnifique paper pack to cover the notebooks I made for the kids! The girls were made into purses! I thought I had a picture to show you but I can't find one. Bummer! I guess I will have to make some more to show you!

Studio J Saturday
The Pumpkin Patch is a tradition in our family that also involves the playground at the church where we get our pumpkins! It is the coolest playground and we have been doing for about 4 years!
I used Stickease borders for the ribbon above the pictures and added a Stickease circle on the right page to dress up the top area of the layouts! I added journaling on the matting of the picture on the right page! Dreamin is one of my favorite paper packs ever and I love that I can still use it on Studio J!

Layout Challenge #49- almost there!
My girls' 7th birthday was such a fun birthday! These pages are more simple that I did for my girls book since they are for my boys' book! I used the Blue Ribbon paper that has been retired for some time! The titles are Stickease alphabet and the border is also Stickease! Love simple pages!
I recently read a post on someone's blog about KISS- Keep It Simple Stupid. While I don't like the stupid I choose silly, it is a valid point. Sometimes just for the sake of our sanity and getting pages done, we have to choose to make some simple pages and save the complicated pages for something really important or something that inspires you! I have found that challenges really inspire me to get things done and push my creative envelope!

Studio J Saturday
Family pictures for us are almost always interesting for us. Trying to get 4 kids to smile and look at the camera at the same time is ...well...frustrating. We purposely all dressed in University of Texas gear and took advantage of the beautiful day and the setting of the pumpkin patch. We got a pretty good picture that made it to our Christmas cards last year!
The retired Dreamin paper pack was perfect for our pictures! My favorite technique I used on this layout was putting Stickease under the journaling box and leaving the actual journaling box background as velum. It made the words stand our enough to read but didn't add the solid block of a bold color. All I did was add a couple of flowers and then double click on them and choose move backward until they are behind the journaling box!
