The Everything ABC Blog Hop - Letter D

Welcome to the Everything ABC's Blog Hop!
For this hop we will be featuring the letter D. This may be the name of a paper, a stamp set or an embellishment. Whatever the crafter has chosen as their D element will be featured in their post.
If you have just hopped onto my blog, please start at the beginning at Amber's blog ~ Scrapper's Therapy
If you came from Theodora then you're on the right track!
D is for Disney!
Two summers ago the Close to my Heart convention was at Disneyland! My son is a HUGE Cars fan and spent a lot of time checking out Lightening and Mater. They even had a Disney employee come up and ask if anything was wrong and Joshua said, "Their eyes don't move!" Leave to my Cars boy to notice!
I do 2 different albums for my kids, one for the girls and one for the boys. For these picture I only had enough of the background paper to do one page. The paper is from the retired Giggles and Grins paper pack from quite a while ago.
So I pulled out Cranberry, Black and Yellow ink pads and the retired Hit the Spot stamp set and random stamped the background of the page below to look similar to the original page!
The road was formed from a stretched out S from the Artiste Cricut cartridge it undotted i's for the dashes in the road!
This is the two layouts next to each other! The one on the left is the stamped one and the one on the right is the original paper!
Your next stop on our Everything ABC'S blog Hop is Shalana Glass of Scrappin with Shalana.
