The Everything ABC Blog Hop- Letter X

Welcome to the Everything ABC's Blog Hop!

For this hop we will be featuring the letter X.  This may be the name of a paper, a stamp set or an embellishment.  Whatever  the crafter has chosen as their X element will be featured in their post.

If you have just hopped onto my blog, you are at the beginning!

I had a an eXtremely fun trip to NYC until Wednesday of this week and it put me in an eXtraordinary position of being eXtra behind! So here is my eXample of Random Stamping that I planned to make into a project but well, it just didn't happen!  I will get one made an posted hopefully later today!

Using the Stamp of the Month for November that is only available for this month, I used Cranberry, New England Ivy, Sweet Leaf and Desert Sand to create this paper.

I started with the biggest stamp and did second generation stamping with Cranberry.  I worked in somewhat of a triangular pattern.  This helps you get an over all pattern that is more evenly distributed.  Then I went back and added the circles in first generation Cranberry as well as the smaller flowers.
Above is my scratch paper that did the eXtra stamping on before I stamped the second Generation on the page.!
Then I started adding more of the smaller elements in Sweet Leaf and New England Ivy.
Continuing to add more until I was satisfied with the eXcellent patterned paper I had made!

Above is the Stamp of the Month set, finished product and the inks :)

The fun thing was I also used this color combo from CTMH because I looked at my Pinterest Board and found this combo!

I am very happy with the finished paper and can't wait to make a project with it to  share with you! njoy the rest of the hop!
