Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge #93- Confetti Wishes

I found this sketch difficult at first because I didn't want to do the obvious which is a flower and a sentiment.  The only problem was then what!?
While watching the Super Bowl last night I opened Cricut craft room to look for an idea because I really wanted this to be simple seeing as I wanted to post it today!

I thought of the overlays on Artbooking and went looking at them! Lots of choices and I thought about going Valentine's but really don't need any more,  then I saw the star overlay and thought that would be cute on a birthday card. The Overlay on the bottom right in the one I used!

Resizing in Cricut Craft room is easy so I actually built what the card would look like in the program and cut it today!

It was fun using the Paper Fundamentals Whimsy paper pack to fill in the stars, it worked perfectly with the fun colors in the Confetti Wishes paper pack.

The Build-A-Cake stamp set was the perfect size for the shape I had cut for the sentiment! Plus I added a couple of Black Enamel Stars from the Scaredy Cat assortment

I am hoping you can see the sheen of the clear embossing that is on the  Paper Fundamentals Whimsy  They each have a different design on one side that is clear embossed and then the other side has the pattern in the color and white!  So fun and so underused!

Join me on at the Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge!  I would love to see your creations!
