Welcome to the Everything ABC's Blog Hop!
For this hop we will be featuring the letter V. This may be the name
of a paper, a stamp set or an embellishment. Whatever the crafter has
chosen as their V element will be featured in their post.
My V is the letter V on the Artbooking Cartridge!
As you can see it is all about Halloween! Guess what I am working on these days! Halloween pictures from a year ago! So the letter V fit right in with what I was already doing! The idea behind Artbooking scrapbook pages is that you set your dial size to 11 and cut, everything is set to be proportional to the 12 x 12 inch page!!
Cut at 11 inches:
Overlay in Autumn Terracotta
Spooky House and Cat in Black
Square 4x4 spiderweb frames in Gypsy
Fence in Slate
Moon in Honey
I changed the sizes of
Beware in Autumn Terra Cotta
Rectangle spiderweb frames in Gypsy
The only thing I didn't cut from letter V was the cat which was on letter U, but since I missed that letter in the hop we will let it slide! LOL!
On cool thing you can do in Cricut Craft Room (CCR) is hide contours. HUH, you say! The contours in the Spooky house are all the things cut out within the outline of the castle, like the windows and doors. I didn't want to fuss cut the light shining through the windows so I used CCR to hide them so they didn't cut out. What I got was the shape of the House with nothing cut out of the house so I could just slide it behind my black house and I was done!
I added Green Sparkles to the cat's eye and Black and Clear Sparkles the Bat's eyes to give it a spooky feeling! Otherwise all I used was Cardstock and Bling and of course the Artbooking Cartridge!
I bet you want one now! Imagine what you could do! There are 15 predesigned pages and 10 predesigned mini albums and loads of other creative things you can do with it! To get yours click here!
