Everything ABC Blog Hop - Letter I

Welcome to the Everything ABC's Blog Hop!

For this hop we will be featuring the letter I.  This may be the name of a paper, a stamp set or an embellishment.  Whatever  the crafter has chosen as their I element will be featured in their post.

My I is interstate, Illinois and Indiana and Incredibly cute!  

The paper I used is the retired Dotty paper plus the cardstock Lagoon, Black and Buttercup. I bought lots of the Dotty papers two years ago during National Scrapbooking Month, see this year paper here!

 Last weekend I needed my vacation in progress album to be empty of course it was full of the vacation from 2 years ago…almost done.  So I put all of the pages in an album and figured out what I need to do to finish it.  This was the last thing I did!  It is pictures of the drive form New York to Chicago on the Interstate and through Indiana into Illinois.

 Isn't my girl just incredible cute in this picture!

I used the chevron paper to make the orange zig zag down the page!  It was chevron on one side and dots on the other…I just used my Microtip scissors and cut following the pattern on the other side!  Easy and quick!  The title is cut using the Artiste Cricut Cartridge and Cricut Craft Room to weld it!  The road and sign shapes were cut from the Traveler Cricut cartridge.

This is a pretty simple layout but the papers you use can have a huge impact on the graphic quality of the layout even in small amounts!  Here are more Dotty projects!
